monthly, short term and long term. The homes may be rented with an all utilities paid option. Pets are welcome at most of our properties with a one time "Pet Rent " fee. There are breed restrictions due to insurance regulations.
Military discounts apply.
Utility Max caps apply. The processing and credit check fees are waived for "Active Military". The deposit for our 2 bedroom 1 bath, or 2 bedroom 2 bathroom homes is $700.00 (USD) and 3 bedroom 1 or 2 bathroom homes are 750.00 (USD) for "Active Military". Civilians pay a deposit equal to the amount of a full month's rent! Many property management companies charge a deposit that is equal to one and a half or two full months worth of rent. Civilians must credit qualify. We offer a low deposit to make it more affordable to move into a place that you may be happy to call "HOME"! Comfortable living, with many amenities. We furnish flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, air, heating, washer, dryer, cook ware, dishes, tupperware, flatware, bake ware, linens, towel, refrigerator, stove, dishwashers in some homes, living room, dining room, and bedroom furnishings included. Each home is equipped with a roast pan, toaster, blender, shower curtain, trash cans, vacuum, mop, broom, dust pan and basic yard tools. If there is something in the kitchen you need that we did not provide let us know! We may provide it within reason. It is our aim to provide a positive experience while you are in 29 Palms!
Our homes are close to base, shopping, restaurants, the Joshua Tree National Park and more! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Most of our properties have mountain views.
